Student Council

We are immensely proud of our Scoil Bhríde Student Council which has a long standing tradition within our school.  Each year our teachers who support this initiative organise elections which brings together the team. 

The council meets regularly and also has meetings with our Principal.  Recently our Student Council met with their colleagues from Midleton CBS Primary School and made plans for the coming year.  Pictured below is our “Board Game Club” which is the focus of our pupil council at present.

Activities

Here is an outline of activities which our Parent’s Association undertake each year. Our emphasis is involving as many people as we can as well as to utilise skills of parents and other members of our community. All ideas a greatly appreciated. 

Sponsored walks for projects like a school kitchen. 

• Pancake Tuesday pancakes. 
• Fresh Fruit Friday. 
• Nature Heroes (support for our school environment). 
• Seasonal and ceremonial parties. 
• School Bingo Night. 
• Hoodies and Graduation for 6th Class. 
• Grandparents Day. 
• Friendship week. 
• Easter raffles and art competitions.
